With over 16 years of experience in the IT field, including roles in software development, business analysis, and project management within the telecommunications and manufacturing sectors, he presently holds the position of President at the IIBA Hyderabad Chapter.

Krishna is a highly accomplished professional, boasting an impressive collection of certifications that include CCBA, CSM, CSPO, CSD, SAFe, and CPOA. He has been an enthusiastic and dedicated volunteer for the IIBA Hyderabad Chapter since its inception, actively contributing his extensive knowledge and expertise to support the growth and success of IIBA's initiatives. Krishna currently holds the position of Secretary within the IIBA Hyderabad Chapter, further emphasizing his commitment to the organization's mission and objectives.

Radhika, the Vice President of Marketing and Communication at IIBA, brings a wealth of experience encompassing 20 years of expertise in various domains, including digital strategy, agile/lean processes, systems analysis, and more. She has successfully managed large accounts, led technical programs and projects, and provided thought leadership in emerging technologies. Radhika excels in innovation, teamwork, and problem-solving, with a strong focus on customer experience and compliance in healthcare and life science domains. Her leadership extends to building motivated teams and fostering creativity while handling multiple tasks with ease.

With a career spanning more than 13 years, Soujanya Gummadi has amassed a wealth of professional expertise, primarily in the domains of Business Analysis, SAFe Agile Product Management, and SDLC management within the Audit Industry. Holding the prestigious Certified Business Analyst Professional (CBAP®) credential from IIBA, Soujanya has consistently demonstrated her commitment to excellence in her field. Notably, she currently serves as the Vice President of Professional Development for the IIBA Hyderabad Chapter, where she actively contributes to the growth and development of professionals in the region, fostering a culture of continuous learning and skill enhancement. Her dedication to professional development and her extensive experience make her an invaluable asset to the IIBA Hyderabad Chapter and the broader business analysis community.

SWATHI CHANDRA
VP COMMUNITY DEVLOPMENT

Swathi is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of diverse experience in Technical Delivery Management, Business Analysis, Software Quality Assurance, Project Management, and Team Leadership. She excels in coordinating Business Analysis sessions, managing Agile projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams and clients, and driving strategic vision. Swathi is a key people leader who has successfully motivated and coached teams for growth and success, enhancing enterprise system performance. Currently, she holds the position of Vice President of Professional Development for IIBA Hyderabad.

RAKESH PALLA 
VP EVENT MANAGEMENT 

Rakesh, an accomplished professional with an impressive 17-year career in Product Management, actively engages in diverse roles encompassing Business Analysis, Requirements elicitation and analysis, Specification, Validation, Functional Testing, Consulting, Implementation, and Support. His expertise shines in performing Requirements Gathering, Analysis, and specification for various applications within the capital markets domain. Currently, Rakesh holds the esteemed position of Vice President of Event Management at IIBA Hyderabad Chapter.

Swati, a dynamic and results-driven technology enthusiast, boasts a comprehensive 14-year career leading technology and operations teams. Her expertise extends to hands-on end-to-end solution design and implementation, demonstrating a proven track record in driving transformation and fostering collaboration between technical, operations, and business stakeholders to optimize processes and deliver business value. Swati is a Certified Business Analyst Professional (CBAP) from IIBA, and she thrives on being a catalyst for sustainable cultural change while motivating individuals to excel. Currently, she serves as a member of the Community Development team for IIBA Hyderabad.

Bismaya is a highly motivated professional with 13+ years of experience in Utilities, eCommerce, and Retail. He holds certifications in CSPO, Digital Transformation, and DiMAP, demonstrating expertise in end-to-end solution design and ITIL V3. Bismaya excels in driving transformation and promoting collaboration among teams. He's passionate about being a Product Owner and Business Analyst, known for shaping office culture and serving as a charismatic part-time Event Host. Currently, he's a valuable member of IIBA Hyderabad's Event Management team.

Ram is a seasoned consultant professional in the IT industry, holding certifications in CBAP and SAFe PO/PM. With 17 years of diverse experience, he specializes in delivering digital solutions and identifying areas for business improvement. Ram is skilled in customer engagement, where he discusses business process models and customizes workflows to create practical solutions. He has successfully tackled projects spanning Retail Banking, Field Services, Automobile, Healthcare, Logistics & SCM, and Transportation domains. Currently, he serves as a member of the Professional Development team for IIBA Hyderabad Chapter.

Nithin Krishna Sirigiri is a distinguished indivdual with a rich background. He is not only a Vice President and Product Manager but also an alumnus of IIM Kozhikode. Nithin's multifaceted career encompasses roles as a Data Analyst, Strategic Thinker, Optimistic personality, and a Counsellor, showcasing his diverse skill set and wide-ranging interests. Furthermore, he actively contributes as a member of the Marketing and Communication team for the IIBA Hyderabad Chapter, demonstrating his commitment to professional development and community engagement.
