With a career spanning more than 13 years, Soujanya Gummadi has amassed a wealth of professional expertise, primarily in the domains of Business Analysis, SAFe Agile Product Management, and SDLC management within the Audit Industry. Holding the prestigious Certified Business Analyst Professional (CBAP®) credential from IIBA, Soujanya has consistently demonstrated her commitment to excellence in her field. Notably, she currently serves as the Vice President of Professional Development for the IIBA Hyderabad Chapter, where she actively contributes to the growth and development of professionals in the region, fostering a culture of continuous learning and skill enhancement. Swathi is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of diverse experience in Technical Delivery Management, Business Analysis, Software Quality Assurance, Project Management, and Team Leadership. She excels in coordinating Business Analysis sessions, managing Agile projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams and clients, and driving strategic vision. Swathi is a key people leader who has successfully motivated and coached teams for growth and success, enhancing enterprise system performance. Currently, she holds the position of Vice President of Professional Development for IIBA Hyderabad.

Rakesh, an accomplished professional with an impressive 17-year career in Product Management, actively engages in diverse roles encompassing Business Analysis, Requirements elicitation and analysis, Specification, Validation, Functional Testing, Consulting, Implementation, and Support. His expertise shines in performing Requirements Gathering, Analysis, and specification for various applications within the capital markets domain. Currently, Rakesh holds the esteemed position of Vice President of Event Management at IIBA Hyderabad Chapter.

Swati, a dynamic and results-driven technology enthusiast, boasts a comprehensive 14-year career leading technology and operations teams. Her expertise extends to hands-on end-to-end solution design and implementation, demonstrating a proven track record in driving transformation and fostering collaboration between technical, operations, and business stakeholders to optimize processes and deliver business value. Swati is a Certified Business Analyst Professional (CBAP) from IIBA, and she thrives on being a catalyst for sustainable cultural change while motivating individuals to excel. Currently, she serves as a member of the Community Development team for IIBA Hyderabad.
